HOW DOES DRY SUMP PAYMENT WORK?
Dry Sump products are all ordered through the Dry Sump website, and paid for either by credit card or EFT, using our secure system. We utilise dropshipping: once you place your order with us, we then order from a third-party marketplace (OTC) on the same day, and you receive your product with all the Dry Sump and OTC guarantees within 5-6 business days depending on your shipping preference.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns if the garment hasn't been worn or damaged and is within 14 days of purchase. Just drop us an email at gear@drysump.co.za and we will do our best to accommodate you.
WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY POLICY?
Dry Sump ships to all the major cities across South Africa (Cape Town, Paarl, Stellenbosch, Riversdale, Garden Route, Port Elizabeth, East London, Bloemfontein, Harrismith, Pietermaritzburg, Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Richards Bay, Vaal, Klerksdorp, Rustenburg, Witbank, Nelspruit, Polokwane), and we are currently working on our international shipping policy. When you check out, you will be asked whether you want to pay R65 for delivery within 5-6 business days, or if you'd like the express courier option (3 days) for R100. If your city is not listed in the major cities mentioned above, you will need to select the express courier option for R100.
